- Drive technical excellence by leading and supporting engineering initiatives ti improve process capability, machine preformance, product quality, and manufacturing effeiciancy.
- Identify, develop, and implement sustainable technical technical solution to address manufacturing challenges ans enhance operation preformance.
- Technical Knowledge Management & Standardization

- Capture, integrate, and standardize technical knowledge, best practice, lesson learned, and engineering standards across front-end manufacturing processes.
- Develop and maintain technical playbooks, guidelines, and knowledge repositories to strengthen organization capability.
- Cross-Site Technical Support & Knolwedge Transfer

- Act as a key technical focus point among manufacturing sites, facilitating knowledge transfer, best practice sharing, and technical alignment across factories.
- Provide technical consultation and support to engineering teams for quality improvement, problem-solving, and process optimization activities.
- Cross-Function Collaboration & Problem Solving

- Work closely with Process Engineering, Casting Engineering, Tooling, and other technical functions to identify improvement opportunities and resolve complex manufacturing issues.
- Lead or facilitate systematic root cause analysis and deployment of corrective and preventive actions for criticak technical issues.
- Strategic Project & Solution Deployment

- Support strategic manufacturing initiatives by providing technical expertise and coordinating the deployment of engineering solutions related to quality.
- Support implementation and sustainment of approval technical improvements across manufacturing sites.
- Reporting & Technical Communication

- Prepare and provide resular technical reports, project updates, performance analyses, and management presentations to ensure effective communication and alignment with stakeholders and leaddership teams.
We love that you are…
- Bachelor’s degree or higher in Mechanical, Industrial, Manufacturing, Materials Engineering, or related fields.
- Minimum 5 years of experience in Manufacturing Engineering, Process Engineering, Industrial Engineering, or Continuous Improvement.
- Proven track record in driving quality, productivity, cycle time, and operational excellence improvement projects.
- Strong problem-solving skills with hands-on experience in root cause analysis and technical troubleshooting.
- Ability to collaborate across functions and influence stakeholders to achieve project goals.
- Passion for continuous improvement, innovation, and knowledge sharing.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office (Excel, PowerPoint, Word).
- Experience with Power BI, Minitab, ERP/MES systems, and project management tools.
- Familiarity with digital and AI tools for engineering and process improvement.
- Strong communication skills with the ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams and vendors.
