  • Supplier & Material Qualification: Lead and execute the qualification process for new materials, gemstones, and ODM/OEM suppliers to ensure readiness for mass production. Monitor progress and provide summary reports for each product launch.

  • Supplier Training & Capability Building: Deliver technical and quality management system training to suppliers during the development phase to enhance technical capability and quality performance.

  • Quality Issue Resolution: Ensure timely resolution of quality issues identified during development phases.

  • Quality Standards & Inspection Development: Collaborate with stakeholders to develop quality standards, criteria, and inspection methods, and effectively communicate these to suppliers and internal teams.

  • Specification & Regulatory Compliance: Train suppliers on product specifications and regulatory requirements, providing technical support as needed.

  • Performance Data Utilization: Leverage quality performance data to support supplier evaluation and selection processes.

  • Quality Alert Coordination: Act as the coordinator for quality alerts between Pandora and suppliers when issues arise during development.

  • Supplier Development & Improvement: Manage supplier improvement and development programs, ensuring adoption of industry best practices such as Process Capability, SPC, FMEA, Error Proofing, and 8D problem-solving.

  • Inbound Process Improvement: Lead inbound quality improvement projects with suppliers and Pandora teams.

  • Strategic Alignment: Translate company goals into actionable metrics for the Supplier Quality team and drive cross-functional quality improvement projects.

 

We love that you are…

  • Bachelor’s degree or above in Engineering, Science, or a related field.

  • Minimum 5 years of experience in Supplier Quality, Incoming Quality Control, or Product Development.

  • Strong knowledge of Quality Systems, Quality Control processes, and supplier quality management.

  • Understanding of quality standards and raw material processes within the jewelry industry.

  • Strong technical knowledge of Product Development processes.

  • Familiarity with APQP, PPAP, LAR, Gage R&R, and Process Capability studies.

  • Strong leadership, communication, presentation, and facilitation skills with the ability to lead and motivate cross-functional teams.

  • Proficient in MS Office and Minitab.

  • Good command of English.

  • Experience as an internal/external auditor is preferred.

  • Willingness and ability to travel as required.
