Shipment Planning & Execution

  • Develop and communicate weekly shipment plans, highlighting critical and expedited items to relevant stakeholders to support product availability.
  • Execute finished goods stock allocation to Distribution Centers (DCs) in accordance with guidelines from the Global Supply Chain and Order Management teams.
  • Ensure shipments are delivered on time to meet customer expectations and agreed service levels.
  • Monitor shipment execution and proactively identify risks that may impact shipment schedules.

Stakeholder Management

  • Collaborate closely with cross-functional stakeholders, including Scheduling, Logistics & Warehouse (Import/Export), Production, Manufacturing Quality Control (MQC), and other relevant teams to ensure operational alignment.
  • Build strong relationships and maintain effective communication to support efficient shipment planning and execution.
  • Work with relevant stakeholders to resolve shipment issues and implement proactive solutions to minimize operational impacts.

Performance Monitoring & Continuous Improvement

  • Analyze shipment performance and provide insights into potential delays, recommending corrective actions to improve delivery performance.
  • Monitor and report shipment KPIs and performance metrics, ensuring timely visibility of operational issues to relevant stakeholders.
  • Identify opportunities to improve shipment planning processes and support the standardization of shipment management practices across all sites.
  • Monitor personal performance, identify improvement opportunities, and prepare monthly and quarterly performance reports to drive continuous improvement.

 

We love that you are…

  • Bachelor degree or above in Supply Chain Management, Logistics, Business Administration, Engineering, or related fields.
  • 3 years or more of experience in shipment planning, logistics, supply chain, production planning, or a related function.
  • Strong stakeholder management skills with the ability to collaborate effectively across functions.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Detail-oriented and results-driven.
  • Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
  • Able to prioritize workload effectively and manage multiple tasks in a dynamic environment.
  • Demonstrate the ability to make sound decisions and balance business priorities through appropriate trade-offs.
  • Is self-motivated, adaptable, and open to change.
  • Knowledge of ERP systems and supply chain processes is an advantage.
  • Good English communication skills.
