Security Operations

• Support daily security operations and ensure compliance with company security policies, standards, and procedures.
• Monitor site security activities and recommend improvements to strengthen overall security performance.

Incident Management

• Respond to security incidents, emergencies, and policy violations in a timely manner.
• Conduct investigations, document findings, and recommend corrective and preventive actions.

Stakeholder Coordination

• Coordinate security activities with internal stakeholders, security service providers, and local authorities.
• Ensure effective collaboration to maintain a safe and secure workplace.

Security Programs & Compliance

• Support security audits, inspections, and compliance assessments to ensure alignment with global security standards.
• Conduct security awareness training for employees, contractors, and visitors.
• Drive continuous improvement initiatives to enhance security processes and practices.

Performance Monitoring

• Monitor security KPIs, analyze trends, and prepare regular reports for management.
• Identify risks and recommend appropriate mitigation actions.

We love that you are…

• Bachelor's degree in Security Management, Criminal Justice, Occupational Safety, Business Administration, or a related field.
• Minimum 3 years of experience in physical security, preferably in a manufacturing environment.
• Knowledge of CCTV, access control, intrusion detection, and other security systems.
• Strong communication, coordination, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
• Able to work under pressure and respond effectively to emergency situations.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office with intermediate English communication skills.
