Financial Reporting & Closing
-
Ensure accurate and timely local financial reporting in compliance with Thai GAAP and regulatory requirements, as well as group reporting under IFRS.

Execute month-end closing activities, including accruals, exchange rate adjustments, and intercompany transactions.

Maintain high data integrity and quality across statutory and management reports.

Perform balance sheet reconciliations and investigate discrepancies with clear root-cause analysis.

Manage Chart of Accounts (CoA) mapping and reporting structures between AX and HFM systems.
Group Reporting & IFRS Compliance
-
Ensure accurate and timely submission of financial data into HFM, including IFRS adjustments and global reporting requirements.

Reconcile financial data across AX, HFM, and adjustment entries for all C&S entities.

Execute IFRS16 adjustments and ensure compliance with both local and group accounting standards.

Collaborate closely with Global Finance to ensure alignment with IFRS and group policies.
Management Reporting & Analysis

Analyze financial results and provide meaningful insights, particularly on balance sheet movements and key financial drivers.

Support Business Performance Reports (BPR) with variance analysis against budget and prior periods.

Prepare and submit monthly reporting packages, including inventory and headcount reports.
Year-End & Compliance

Prepare annual statutory financial statements and coordinate with external auditors.

Ensure compliance with internal control frameworks and financial reporting standards.

Support implementation of new accounting standards, policies, and financial procedures.
Stakeholder Collaboration & Continuous Improvement

Act as a key business partner across functions and with Group Finance.

Support SAP implementation (COMPASS) and drive continuous improvement initiatives.

Deliver training and guidance on accrual processes and financial practices.

Handle ad-hoc projects and reporting requests to support business needs.
We love that you are…

Bachelor’s degree or higher in Accounting, Finance, or related fields (CPA preferred).

Minimum 6–8 years of experience in financial reporting, analysis, and compliance, with audit background preferred.

Strong knowledge of Thai GAAP (TFRS), IFRS, and group accounting standards.

Experienced in financial systems such as HFM, AX, or similar ERP platforms.

Highly analytical with strong problem-solving and reconciliation skills.

Detail-oriented, well-organized, and able to work under pressure with tight deadlines.

A strong team player with effective communication and stakeholder management skills.

Proficient in MS Office, especially Excel and PowerPoint.

Good command of English.
