Project Manangement aand Transformation initiatives

• Lead and coordinate production improvement projects aligned with business objectives.
• Develop project plans, timelines, milestones, and risk mitigation actions.
• Monitor project progress and ensure timely execution through structured follow-up.
• Facilitate cross-functional meetings and drive accountability for project deliverables.
• Support new product introduction (NPI), process transfer, capacity expansion, and production readiness activities.
• Prepare project status reports and management updates.

Production Data Analytics & Reporting

• Collect, validate, and analyze production performance data.
• Develop dashboards and KPI reports to monitor operational performance.
• Identify trends, bottlenecks, and improvement opportunities using data-driven analysis.
• Generate insights and recommendations to improve productivity, yield, quality, and resource utilization.
• Support management decision-making through accurate reporting and business analysis.
• Establish standard reporting systems and data governance practices.

Operational Excellence & Continuous Improvement 

• Drive continuous improvement initiatives using Lean Manufacturing, TPM, Kaizen, Six Sigma, or other operational excellence methodologies.
• Conduct root cause analysis and support implementation of corrective and preventive actions.
• Facilitate problem-solving workshops and improvement activities.
• Monitor improvement benefits and ensure sustainable results.
• Support productivity enhancement and cost optimization programs.
• Drive Key Performance Indicators of the responsible area and shared KPIs to ensure that products/ projects are delivered on time with the highest quality standard and lowest possible cost.
• Monitor production activities toward daily/ weekly/ monthly targets, minimizing costs where possible and ensure the best working practices
• Daily shop floor presence to clearly visualize the progress and problem of Production situation and quickly adapt in an ever changing.
• Leading analysis of concern issue and create short term action that flexible and efficient. To finding the long term action to prevent the repeat issue.

Stakeholder Management & Communication

• Collaborate with Production, Engineering, Quality, Planning, Supply Chain, and HR teams to achieve project objectives.
• Communicate project status, risks, and key findings to stakeholders.
• Facilitate alignment and effective execution across departments.
• Support change management and employee engagement during transformation initiatives.
