Drive Key Performance Indicators of the responsible area and shared KPIs to ensure that products/projects are delivered on time, with the highest quality standards and at the lowest possible cost.
• Responsible for strategic initiative projects to ensure timely and successful completion of assigned targets.
• Monitor production activities toward daily/weekly/monthly targets, minimizing costs where possible, and ensuring best working practices are applied.
• Maintain daily shop floor presence to clearly visualize production progress and issues, enabling quick and effective responses in a dynamic environment.
• Control production execution according to established procedures and Work Instructions (WI) registered in the Pandora system, ensuring departmental and organizational targets are achieved while optimizing resource utilization.
• Lead and participate in issue analysis, identifying root causes, implementing short-term corrective actions efficiently, and establishing long-term preventive measures to avoid recurrence.
• Report to the Production Manager in daily production meetings, presenting actual performance vs. plan, participating in quality improvement activities (e.g., Fast Response, Defect Resolution), providing corrective and preventive actions, performing on‑the‑spot analysis, and following up to ensure proper execution for both day shift and night shift.
• Ensure manufacturing processes, including WI and Routing, align with the production plan and operational standards to maintain high manufacturing quality.
• Responsible for D‑Phase activities by transferring new knowledge from Preproduction to Mass Production, validating processes (Routing, STD Time, process constraints, etc.) to ensure accurate and consistent production planning and adherence to high operational standards.
• Encourage and mentor employees by inspiring motivation and guiding them toward best-in-class practices to enhance competency and attitude.
• Act as a role model and provide coaching to the team to improve performance and foster a positive working attitude.
• Execute assignments and projects as directed by the Production Manager.
• Ensure all company assets within the responsible area are properly maintained and well‑managed.
• Ensure compliance with all relevant laws, regulations, and work rules (e.g., labor law, Pandora Code of Conduct, Disney Code of Conduct, RJC, BOI) and consult with the Human Resources Department as needed.
• Control and enforce environmental, health, and safety regulations in the manufacturing area at all times.
