Data Analysis
- Apply data analytics and statistical techniques to analyze production existing processes, quality, and process data, identifying the problem, variations and actionable insights to drive data‑driven process improvement initiatives.
Process Optimization
- Develop, design, and implement efficient and effective manufacturing processes that meet product specifications and required quality standards.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to implement Failure Mode and Effects Analysis (FMEA) methodologies in order to systematically assess, prioritize, and mitigate risks within the production line.
- Identify, analyze, and resolve manufacturing process issues and challenges, including RCI and RMA cases.
- Perform root cause analysis and implement corrective and preventive actions (CAPA) to prevent the recurrence of process and quality issues.
- Implement and enforce robust quality control measures to maintain and continuously improve the highest standards of craftsmanship and product quality.
- Evaluate, propose, and support initiatives to optimize operational processes aimed at reducing operational costs while maintaining or improving product quality.
- Ensure all manufacturing processes comply with applicable safety regulations, environmental standards, and internal compliance requirements.
