Process Optimization & Operational Excellence

  • Review and analyze existing manufacturing processes to identify opportunities for improvement in quality, productivity, lead time, cost, and waste reduction.
  • Drive process optimization initiatives to improve process stability, operational efficiency, and manufacturing performance.
  • Standardize best practices and successful improvements to ensure sustainable operational excellence across production areas.
  • Support the implementation of process controls, procedures, and work standards to strengthen manufacturing consistency.

Lean Six Sigma & Continuous Improvement

  • Apply Lean Manufacturing and Six Sigma methodologies to solve daily operational challenges and improvement opportunities.
  • Lead continuous improvement initiatives using structured methodologies and data-driven decision-making.
  • Facilitate improvement workshops and identify opportunities to eliminate waste, reduce variation, and improve process flow.
  • Promote a culture of continuous improvement and operational excellence throughout the organization.

Problem Solving & Root Cause Analysis

  • Lead complex problem-solving activities related to defects, scrap, rework, RCI, and customer-return issues.
  • Apply structured problem-solving tools such as DMAIC, Root Cause Analysis, 5 Why, Fishbone Diagram, Pareto Analysis, SPC, Process Capability Analysis, and Design of Experiments (DOE).
  • Investigate recurring manufacturing and quality issues and implement sustainable corrective and preventive actions.
  • Monitor improvement effectiveness and validate results through measurable performance indicators.

Process Risk Management & Technology Evaluation

  • Conduct and support Process FMEA activities and manufacturing risk assessments.
  • Evaluate new technologies, automation solutions, manufacturing equipment, materials, and alternative production methods.
  • Recommend innovative manufacturing solutions that improve operational performance, quality, and cost competitiveness.
  • Support qualification and implementation activities for new process technologies and systems.

Data Analytics & Capability Building

  • Utilize statistical analysis tools to evaluate process performance, variation, trends, and improvement opportunities.
  • Analyze manufacturing data and transform insights into actionable recommendations for business and operational stakeholders.
  • Coach and develop production and engineering teams on Lean, Six Sigma, statistical analysis, and structured problem-solving methodologies.
  • Collaborate with Production, Quality, Maintenance, Product Development, Supply Chain, Finance, and suppliers to drive improvement projects and business results.

Compliance & Governance

  • Ensure process changes comply with safety, environmental, ISO, and OHSE requirements.
  • Support audit readiness and adherence to manufacturing standards, policies, and compliance requirements.
  • Maintain proper documentation for process improvements, technical changes, risk assessments, and project outcomes.

We love that you are…

  • Bachelor’s degree or higher in Industrial Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Manufacturing Engineering, Production Engineering, or a related field.
  • Minimum 3 years of experience in Process Engineering, Production Engineering, Manufacturing Engineering, Quality Engineering, Continuous Improvement, or a related manufacturing environment.
  • Proven track record of delivering measurable improvements in quality, productivity, cost, lead time, or process stability.
  • Strong knowledge of Lean Manufacturing, Six Sigma, Continuous Improvement, and Operational Excellence methodologies.
  • Hands-on experience with DMAIC, FMEA, SPC, Process Capability Analysis, Root Cause Analysis, and Design of Experiments (DOE).
  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and translate findings into business actions and measurable improvements.
  • Experience using Minitab or equivalent statistical analysis software.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office applications; Power BI experience would be an advantage.
  • Lean Six Sigma Green Belt, Black Belt, or equivalent certification is preferred.
  • Strong project management and stakeholder management skills.
  • Excellent communication, facilitation, and cross-functional collaboration abilities.
  • Proactive, result-oriented, and passionate about continuous improvement.
  • Good command of English, both written and spoken.
