Specialist, Process Analytics

Key objectives:

• Support continuous improvement of innovation processes through analytics, mapping, and workflow enhancement.
• Identify inefficiencies, redundancies, and improvement opportunities in end-to-end innovation operations.
• Facilitate the standardization and simplification of key innovation workflows

Key duties:
1.    Process Mapping & OptimizationConduct deep-dive Value stream mapping of innovation activities and link multiple VSM from Exploration to Implementation (NPD).

• Identify pain-point, anaylse root causes (eg., delays, rework, or misalignment) and.
• Develop optimization roadmap by using Lean, Six sigma methodologies

2.    Performance Mornitoring

• Design process health metrics (e.g., cycle time, process efficiency ratio, bottlenecks).
• Monitor and report performance trends to support innovation strategy and decision-making.

3.Workflow Standardization

• Create Workflow guides and maintain SOPs for Cross-functional team (Across PANDORA, Global and C&S) .
• Collaborate with stakeholders to ensure process changes are adopted and sustained.

4.Collaboration & Training

• Facilitate cross-functional workshops to validate and redesign workflows.
• Support training materials and onboarding sessions related to innovation processes.

Pivotal and professional qualifications:

• 5+ years of direct experience in process Improvement, Continuous improvement, or Business analysis roles
• Strong understanding of Lean, Six sigma
• Experience managing cross-functional teams and complex projects.
• Strong analytical, strategic thinking, and communication skills.
