Job Responsibilities
- Assist to identify process and system improvement opportunities in existing E2E process.
- Conduct research and analysis on Next-Generation PLM systems and engage vendors for demonstration.
- Collaborate with Process Development (PD), IT, and Finance teams for new initiaitves’ business case analysis, system design, development, UAT, and implementation.
- Support adoption of new processes and new system through users’ training, users’ roles and access management.
- Be the bridge to support process optimisation and new system development.

Professional Qualifications
- 3+ years’ experience in process optimisation and As-is and To-be process mapping in manufacturing industry.
- 2+ years’ experience in data analysis.
- 2+ years’ experience in software development working with IT team.
- FlexPLM, Dynamic AX, or SAP experience is a plus.
