Order Management & Supply Execution
• Execute order placement, validation, and maintenance activities in ERP systems (AX09, AX12, and future SAP) aligned with supply and demand plans.
• Act as the primary buyer and interface for OEM suppliers regarding order confirmations, changes, and delivery follow-ups.
• Monitor order progress against factory calendars and proactively identify potential delays or supply risks.
• Manage order revisions, re-prioritization, and allocation adjustments to support changing business requirements.
• Coordinate closely with suppliers and internal stakeholders to ensure timely and accurate order execution.

Supplier Performance Management
• Track supplier on-time delivery performance and drive follow-up actions to improve delivery adherence.
• Support prioritization and allocation decisions during supply constraints and shortages.
• Coordinate corrective actions with suppliers to address missed deliveries and operational issues.
• Ensure timely communication and execution of product phase-in and phase-out activities.
• Maintain strong supplier relationships to support operational stability and service performance.

Operational Control & Reporting
• Maintain and update supply risk assessments, including uncovered demand and Top-5 risk tracking.
• Prepare weekly reports, dashboards, and order outlook updates for stakeholders.
• Support VPOP reviews, supply risk discussions, and order tracking presentations.
• Monitor demand versus execution performance and highlight potential deviations and mitigation plans.
• Provide accurate data visibility and actionable insights to support decision-making.

Cross-functional Collaboration
• Partner with Master Planning, Production, Logistics, Procurement, and Material Management teams to resolve supply issues.
• Support alignment between OEM suppliers and internal stakeholders on order execution priorities.
• Facilitate effective communication to ensure smooth supply flow and operational continuity.
• Contribute to strong collaboration across the end-to-end supply chain.

Changing the Business
• Identify opportunities to improve order management processes, reporting tools, and supplier collaboration practices.
• Support automation initiatives and system enhancements to improve operational efficiency and data accuracy.
• Contribute insights to strengthen supply planning and execution capabilities.
• Support continuous improvement initiatives to enhance service levels and supply chain performance.

 

We love that you are…
• Bachelor’s degree or above in Supply Chain Management, Logistics, Business Administration, Engineering, or related fields.
• 3–6 years of experience in Supply Chain, Planning, Order Management, Procurement, or Buyer-related roles.
• Experience working with ERP systems such as SAP, Microsoft Dynamics AX, or equivalent platforms.
• Experience coordinating with suppliers and manufacturing partners is preferred.
• Strong execution mindset with excellent follow-up and problem-solving skills.
• Analytical, detail-oriented, and capable of working with large data sets.
• Strong stakeholder management and cross-functional collaboration skills.
• Able to work effectively in a dynamic and fast-paced environment.
• Good English communication skills and confidence in working with global stakeholders.
• Self-motivated, proactive, and committed to continuous improvement.
• Strong team player with the ability to build effective relationships across functions.
