Specialist, Operations Excellence

Main Purpose of the Role:

To act as the Subject Matter Expert (SME) for assigned business processes and systems, ensuring stable day-to-day operations, effective user support, successful system enhancements, and continuous process improvement. The role acts as a key link between Operations, Super Users, Product Teams, and IT to maximize business value, system performance, and user adoption.

Key Accountabilities:

• Provide first-line business and system support across key operational systems, including Microsoft Dynamics 365 (AX), SAP, WMS (Hardis), TMS (Centiro), IIS, and related distribution systems.
• Investigate, troubleshoot, and resolve system and process issues in collaboration with technical support teams.
• Support system enhancement initiatives, including requirements gathering, UAT, deployment, and HyperCare activities.
• Drive process standardization, automation, and continuous improvement initiatives.
• Partner with business stakeholders, Super Users, Product Teams, and IT to identify improvement opportunities and promote solution adoption.
• Facilitate user training and knowledge transfer activities.
• Develop and maintain SOPs, work instructions, training materials, and knowledge documentation.
• Create and maintain operational reports, dashboards, and performance metrics.
• Act as the business representative and SME in local and global projects. 
• Promote knowledge sharing, cross-training, and business continuity across the SME network.
• Perform other duties and assignments as required.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's Degree in Information Technology, Logistic & Supply Chain Management, Industrial Management, Engineering or related field
• A minimum 3 years of experience in operations management, project management, or related field
• Can work independently with high degree of accountability
• Self Driven
• Be ambitious and goal oriented & driven by development both personally and professionally.
• Presentation & Facilitation skills
• Knowledge of Project feasibility analysis would be a plus
• Fast learner
• Problem solving skill is needed
• Ability to identify the area of improvement in the process and their own skills
• Ability to research on topics by oneself  
• Open minded and listen to the other people's feedback

• Proficient in using SAP, AX, WMS(REFLEX), TMS(CENTIRO), PowerBI, Microsoft Office packages and data analysis tools.
• Good communication in Thai and English
