Strategy

·       Collaborate closely with the materials planning team to understand production forecasts and ensure alignment with purchasing strategies.

·       Implement and leverage data-driven demand forecasting methodologies to optimize inventory levels and minimize lead times.

·       Identify potential risks within the supply plan and proactively develop mitigation strategies.

·       Establish alternative sourcing options and contingency plans to address disruptions, ensuring a resilient and reliable supply chain.

Purchase Order Management

·       Minimize discrepancies and errors in purchase orders to enhance efficiency and reduce rework

·       Create and manage purchase orders based on MRP signals, planning inputs, and demand requirements.

·       Maintain accurate purchasing data in system (e.g. PO, delivery dates, supplier confirmations)

·       Provide regular updates on order status and supply risks.

·       Track and resolve long-aging purchase orders to ensure timely closure.

·       Complete return order within agreed timelines.

·       Escalate and resolve issues with relevant teams, ensuring timely updates to upper management.

Supplier Performance

·       Monitor supplier performance in terms of delivery schedules and service quality.

·       Summarize and highlight critical points in supplier performance reports.

·       Evaluate supplier performance and provide feedback to strengthen long‑term relationships.

·       Partner with suppliers to drive continuous improvement and ensure alignment with company standards.

Management Assignments

·       Execute tasks and projects assigned by upper management, ensuring timely completion.

·       Collaborate with leadership to support strategic initiatives and contribute to departmental success.
 

We love that you are…

  • Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Supply Chain & Logistics Management, Business, or a related field; MBA or advanced certifications are a plus

  • Minimum of 5 years’ experience in material planning, procurement, sourcing, or materials management

  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and drive data‑driven decisions

  • Excellent negotiation, communication, and interpersonal skills

  • Proven ability to provide recommendations, evaluate options, and support decision-making

  • Strong planning and execution skills, with the ability to deliver high-quality work in a complex, high-volume environment

  • Proficiency in procurement systems and ERP platforms (e.g., SAP, O9, Microsoft Dynamics AX)

  • Advanced skills in Excel and working knowledge of Power BI.

  • Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment, managing multiple priorities under tight deadlines with a solution-oriented mindset

  • Strong sense of accountability, with the ability to work independently and manage stakeholders effectively

  • Good command of Thai and English
