Key Responsibilities

• Design a cost-analysis model to foresee cost impact from design submission.
• Estimate cost impact under uncertainty before final numbers exist.
• Convince the team to create and compare cost options.
• Raise cost-impact risk early and drive gap-closing actions to target margin
• Approve cost-option scenarios; flag high-risk gaps for decision
• Partner with PE and production to test the feasibility of options

Requirements & Qualifications

• Bachelor's in Engineering, Finance, or a Cost / Industrial field
• 3+ years in product costing, cost engineering, or NPD
• Strong analytical and scenario-modeling skills; comfortable with assumptions
• Able to influence cross-functional teams with evidence
