- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Data Science, Industrial Engineering, or a related field.
- Minimum of 2-5 years’ experience in AI/ML, computer vision, data science, or advanced analytics, preferably within manufacturing or industrial environments.
- Proven experience in AI solution development, including motion capture, computer vision, and machine learning model deployment
- Strong expertise in computer vision techniques (e.g., pose estimation, object tracking, video analytics) and frameworks such as OpenCV, TensorFlow, or PyTorch.
- Solid experience in time study methodologies (e.g., MTM, motion analysis, industrial engineering concepts) is highly preferred
- Hands-on experience in data engineering and feature engineering, transforming unstructured data (video/images) into structured, model-ready datasets
- Strong proficiency in Python, VSCode SQL, and data processing pipelines; experience with cloud platforms i.e. Azure is an advantage
- Demonstrated experience in building scalable AI/ML solutions and monitoring model performance (e.g., data drift, model accuracy)
- Experience working with external vendors or offshore development teams, including requirement definition, delivery validation, and performance management
- Strong ability to bridge business and technical teams, translating complex AI concepts into actionable insights for non-technical stakeholders
- Experience in process improvement and operational analytics, delivering measurable business impact (e.g., efficiency gains, cycle time reduction)
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment, managing multiple priorities under tight deadlines with a solution-oriented mindset
- Strong sense of accountability, with the ability to work independently and manage stakeholders effectively
- Good command of Thai and English

You will be part of a team of Standard Time & Industrialization Data Governance and report to the Senior Manager, Standard Time & Industrialization Data Governance.
