Training Management

  • Responsible for the logistics and implementation of Corporate Training Courses.
  • Plan and organize training courses and programs to meet Pandora C&S training needs and business direction.
  • Create, review, and modify training materials, coordinating with all concerned parties to maximize learning effectiveness.
  • Act as the content expert and maintain relevant training documents and materials for all levels of training.
  • Source and select vendors/training institutes that suit the learning and training requirements.
  • Coordinate with professors, vendors, training institutes, and related parties to ensure training courses are arranged as planned.
  • Prepare training documents and other learning materials.
  • Summarize training evaluations and follow up after training to maximize learning effectiveness.
  • Prepare course expense documentation according to the payment cycle and procedures of the Finance Department.
  • Coordinate with People Partners in delivering effective learning and providing the best solutions related to each BU.

Internal Trainer & Content Designer

  • Verify course content and learning methodology for each program.
  • Collaborate with other trainers on each program to ensure effective program launches.
  • Act as an Internal Trainer of the Pandora Internal Training Program.

Facilities Management

  • Coordinate with all concerned parties to ensure the readiness of training rooms and facilities.
  • Maintain audio/visual equipment and gadgets in training rooms, and manage training logistics such as venue checks and troubleshooting incidents during training sessions.

 

We love that you are…

  • Bachelor's or Master's degree in Human Resources or a related field.
  • Background in Organizational Development and/or Human Resources Development.
  • 3 years or more of direct experience in Learning and Development, implementation, curriculum design, and learning tools.
  • Good command of English and Native Thai
  • Familiar with a manufacturing environment.
  • Self-motivated and hungry to work hard; willing to change.
  • Strong stakeholder management and communication skills; able to interact effectively across the organization.
  • Skilled in facilitating and conducting learning or knowledge-sharing sessions.
  • Experience in instructional design or development journey design based on the 10:20:70 model.
