Responsibilities.
[Key objectives]
- Act as the bridge between Business and IT to ensure business requirements are translated into effective system and process solutions.
- Support the design, standardization, and continuous improvement of business processes across operations.
- Ensure successful implementation, adoption, and sustainability of ERP/MES-enabled business processes.
- Drive operational efficiency, process compliance, and data quality through optimized business processes and system utilization.
[Key duties]
- Gather, analyse, and document business requirements, processes, and workflows from stakeholders.
- Translate business requirements into functional requirements for IT and implementation teams.
- Support process design, process mapping, and standardization initiatives.
- Participate in system implementation projects and ensure business requirements are met throughout the project lifecycle.
- Coordinate and execute SIT, UAT, data validation, and business readiness activities.
- Facilitate stakeholder alignment and collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver business solutions.
- Develop training materials and conduct key user training to support process adoption.
- Provide post-go-live support, resolve process/system issues, and collect enhancement requests.
- Monitor process performance, identify improvement opportunities, and recommend business or system enhancements.
Qualifications.
- Bachelor’s degree in engineering / industrial engineering / science or equivalent experience with at least 3 years of project management.
- Experience seeing projects through the full life cycle.
- Excellent analytical skills.
- Ability to multitask, resolve issues, and share knowledge.
- IT literate in MS Office, Project, Visio, Jira, Confluence etc.
- Strong communication and writing skills in Thai and English.
- Ability to train and share knowledge, skills, and attitudes with end users
- Experienced with ERP and/ or MES systems (AX/ SAP (PP or QM module) is an advantage)
- Understanding of jewellery operations is a plus.
