Strategic Results

  • Deliver the Crafting & Supply Strategy 2026 and the ambition of creating a SMART factory and data-driven manufacturing, in alignment with Procurement processes and the Supply Chain plan.
  • Understand business processes and priorities to drive process and technology innovation, while ensuring proper governance is embedded within business processes.

Customer Centricity

  • Strive to deliver the best of PANDORA by continuously improving Procurement to ensure efficient and effective processes.
  • Work with business stakeholders and SMEs to understand current processes, identify issues, and perform root cause analysis, while partnering with the Technology team on product roadmaps and implementation.

Project Management

  • Manage CAPEX and OPEX budgets effectively.
  • Act as a connector between functional domains, ensuring alignment on initiatives that create value for consumers, employees, and the business.
  • Inspire teams to be proactive change agents with an ownership mindset.
  • Train and support users, identify improvement areas, and develop and promote appropriate solutions.

 

We love that you are…

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Supply Chain, Engineering, Information Technology, or a related field.
  • At least 4-5 years of experience in business analysis or supply chain digitalization.
  • Background or experience in Supply Chain or Procurement, with exposure to digital transformation projects, knowledge of SAP or other ERP systems (e.g., Microsoft Dynamics AX), and familiarity with Material Management and Procurement processes, is highly advantageous.
  • Knowledge of Material Management and Procurement processes is a strong advantage.
  • Experience in gathering requirements and creating Business Requirements Documents (BRD).
  • Ability to work in a global environment and collaborate effectively with stakeholders across Digital & Technology, Finance, and Business Analysts.
  • Strong collaboration and communication skills
  • Good command of both Thai and English.
