Specialist, FN Scheduling (AAA)
Imagine being the link between customer demand and shop-floor execution for the world's largest jewellery brand's Finishing production. If you thrive on precision scheduling, cross-functional coordination, and driving process efficiency, then you might be our next Specialist, FN Scheduling (AAA) at Pandora Production.
We love that you will…
Finishing Plan & Scheduling
- Create Finishing plans on a weekly and daily basis that align with customer requested date and quantity, and production requirements, to achieve process efficiency and productivity.
- Allocate lines and sequence production orders to meet customer demands efficiently, and maintain line configurations to optimize production processes.
- Schedule production orders on short horizons (0–6 weeks lead time) across all production steps, considering available capacity such as skill matrix, capacity, and material availability.
- Review forecast and constraints in manning skills and balance load across the week, or coordinate outsourcing of production in collaboration with Master Planning and Production teams if needed.
- Manage production scheduling and address production control issues as needed at production sites, supporting replenishment, essential, expedited, and campaign sequencing.
Plan Execution & Adherence
- Follow up on adherence to plan and take action to deliver according to plan.
- Monitor day-to-day operations, ensuring production adherence and timely delivery through effective coordination.
- Review and align production orders with Production before release to shop floor.
- Release production orders to the shop-floor control team within production sites to execute daily production activities, providing weekly schedules with daily assignments and agreed output targets.
- Coordinate with Production and shop floor controllers to ensure adherence to the plan, maintaining the correct volume and timing of production.
- Monitor schedule effectiveness on the shop floor and make adjustments as required.
Issue Resolution & Performance Management
- Monitor potential delays and collaborate with Master Planning and Production to resolve exceptions.
- Identify exceptions to plan and prioritize between orders in constrained situations, adjusting the plan to maintain FROT (e.g. additional production orders to cover for rejects).
- Provide feedback on defects and uncertainties, collaborating with the Scheduling Front-End to create Front-End production orders that meet FROT targets.
- Review and discuss performance variance against KPI targets with key stakeholders, ensuring corrective actions are taken in a timely manner.
- Provide shipment information from Master Planning to production, and seek input from Production regarding resource capacity.
Stakeholder Collaboration & Continuous Improvement
- Collaborate effectively and build strong relationships with stakeholders in PEX, Production, Material Management, and Master Planning to obtain reliable parameters for creating effective production schedules.
- Provide requirements to APS Excellence and Scheduling Support to help develop planning tools and applications.
- Provide support for improvements and projects related to the designated site.
We love that you are…

- Hands-on experience with production planning/scheduling systems (e.g. AX, APS or equivalent ERP/scheduling tools).
- Strong understanding of production scheduling processes, including line allocation, sequencing, and capacity/constraint management.
- Analytical mindset with the ability to track KPIs (e.g. FROT, adherence to plan), identify bottlenecks, and drive corrective actions.
- Good stakeholder management skills, able to coordinate effectively across PEX, Production, Material Management, and Master Planning.
- Strong problem-solving skills with the ability to manage exceptions, re-prioritize orders, and resolve delays under time pressure.
