We love that you will…
- Design, develop and maintain data collection systems in production, such as creating applications or data recording systems.
- Lead to develop dashboards and reports using BI tools such as Power BI and Excel to provide accurate and timely information for reporting KPIs, productivity, scrap, rework, etc., for relevant departments.
- Architect data models and lead complex analyses (SPC, regression/forecasting, DOE), experimentation/A-B tests, and narrative insights.
- Co-lead integration of MES/SCADA/Historians/IoT with ERP; field governance.
- Plan and lead to execute pilots and scale-ups; manage UAT, cutovers, and post-go-live stabilization.
- Comply with Data Governance & Quality framework by owning data dictionary, lineage, and access controls; set SLAs for timeliness, completeness, accuracy.
- Implement monitoring/alerting; drive root-cause elimination for recurrent data issues.
- Ensure PDPA and internal policy compliance.
- Coach team (incl. entry-level analysts) with clear learning paths and standards.
- Enable stakeholders via clinics/training on data literacy and BI self-service.
- Translate data insights into actions with line leaders and track realized value.
We love that you are…
- Bachelor’s degree in Statistics, Computer Science, or a related field.
- Fluent in both Thai and English.
- Detail-oriented, with the ability to collaborate effectively with diverse stakeholders.
- Minimum of 4 years’ experience in data analysis.
- Hands-on experience with Power BI, Python, and Databricks.
- Adaptable to change and able to thrive in a fast-paced environment.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with a data-driven mindset.
- Experience in data visualization and storytelling to support business decision-making.
- Familiarity with SQL and working with large, complex datasets.
- Strong communication skills, with the ability to translate technical findings into business insights.
