Analyze the DFM phase and develop technical solutions to support new product development and achieve project targets.

Collaborate with cross-functional technical teams to identify and resolve new product development issues.

Coordinate with Lamphun, BB, AAA, and Vietnam teams on new product timelines and technical requirements.

Provide technical consultation and training to support the transition of new products to mass production.

Lead projects to develop, improve, and optimize products in collaboration with cross-functional teams.

Lead the evaluation and alignment of alternative materials and components.

Apply engineering knowledge and technical expertise to develop and establish manufacturing standards.

Bachelor’s degree or higher in an Engineering.

At least 3-5 years of work experience in production.

Strong ability to review and optimize product designs for manufacturability.

Proactive in identifying and resolving potential manufacturing issues during the design phase.

Good knowledge of materials, manufacturing processes, and tolerance optimization to ensure cost-effective and manufacturable designs.

Open-minded, adaptable, and willing to embrace new processes, systems, and ways of working.

Strong communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work effectively across functions and mentor junior team members.

Good command of English, with strong written and verbal communication skills.
