Follow up design development status, supporting and providing information needed among operational team for smooth product flow.

Monitoring and coordinating with all relevant parties on cycle progress during the development phase, ensuring sample delivery on time.

Updating and summarizing data in real-time for all departments concerned to keep pace with rapid changes.

Arranging an internal plan to match proto review and all sample requirements to support related milestones.

Follow up BOM updates and correct design versions for costing purposes.

Monitoring department master plans and problem-solving. Supporting information and master plan alignment, prioritizing work, and resolving resource conflicts internally in PD.
