E2E milestone keeper: gathering the information from operational following the milestone and supporting fast track to be achieving on the proper timeline product development cost to be aligned with line plan: coordinate across the team to get accurate cost information.

Quality: collecting information, highlighting quality issues, following up the development progress, and making sure that product get validating and testing in proper time frame. Follow up design development status, supporting and providing information needed among operational team for smooth product flow.

 

Key Accountabilities:

  • Monitoring and coordinating with all relevant parties on cycle progress during the development phase, ensuring sample delivery on time.
  • Updating and summarizing data in real-time for all departments concerned to keep pace with rapid changes.
  • Arranging an internal plan to match proto review and all sample requirements to support related milestones.
  • Follow up BOM updates and correct design versions for costing purposes.
  • Monitoring department master plans and problem-solving. Supporting information and master plan alignment, prioritizing work, and resolving resource conflicts internally in PD.
  • deliver an overall cycle progress and monitoring to ensure PLM status is up to date.
  • guiding the team to support the sample making process within the time frame and with accuracy.
  • Work and analyze on cost option, supporting decision made

 

Qualification

  • Bachelor’s degree or higher in related field
  • 3 years Experiences in management level in Jewellery industry are preferred.
  • Effective communication skills in both English and Thai.
  • Knowledge of business timeline and process tracking.
  • Good leadership and management skills.
  • Good computer skills (MS Office, Word, Excel, PowerPoint etc.).
