Supplier Operations & Performance Management
• Collaborate with suppliers and internal stakeholders to drive supplier performance and proactively address operational risks and issues.
• Monitor supplier delivery performance, quality standards, and compliance with Pandora requirements.
• Support supplier development initiatives and drive continuous operational improvements.

Purchasing & Supply Coordination
• Execute purchasing activities and support the end-to-end purchase-to-pay process for Contract Manufacturing operations.
• Coordinate closely with Procurement and Materials Management teams to manage raw material availability and mitigate potential shortages.
• Support volume allocation planning and execution in line with annual supplier strategies.

Inventory & Reporting
• Perform inventory control and stock management activities for designated materials.
• Prepare monthly and quarterly supplier performance reports and provide operational insights to relevant stakeholders.
• Monitor key performance indicators and recommend corrective actions when necessary.

Cross-functional Collaboration
• Partner with Product Development, Quality, Procurement, and Supply Chain teams to ensure smooth transitions from product development to production and shipment.
• Provide operational input and recommendations to improve supplier production performance and operational efficiency.
• Support sustainability initiatives and ensure suppliers comply with Pandora's operational and sustainability requirements.

 

We love that you are…

• Bachelor's degree or above in Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, Engineering, Operations Management, or related fields.
• Minimum 3-5 years of experience in operations management, supplier management, contract manufacturing, or related functions within the jewellery industry or a similar manufacturing environment.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities effectively.
• Confident, methodical, and process-driven with a proactive and positive mindset.
• Able to make effective decisions under pressure and work successfully within tight deadlines.
• Strong team player with excellent stakeholder management and collaboration skills.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office applications, particularly Excel, PowerPoint, and reporting tools.
• Good command of written and spoken English.
• Self-motivated, adaptable, and eager to drive continuous improvement.
