Specialist, Casting Expert

Main purpose of the role:

Develop, prepare, recommend solutions to improve the performance of the casting team to be effective to assigned team missions, and deliver results in line with team needs and in line with the company's strategy and direction.

พัฒนา, จัดเตรียม, แนะนำแนวทางการแก้ไขปรับปรุงการทำงานของทีม Casting ให้มีประสิทธิภาพ เพื่อสนับสนุนภารกิจที่ทีมที่ได้รับมอบหมาย และส่งมอบผลงานให้สอดคล้องกับความต้องการของทีม รวมทั้งสอดคล้องกับกลยุทธและทิศทางของบริษัท

Key duties: Casting

• Support team leader to manage, follow or propose working plan for casting support team conduct all Front End process activities and deliver result to requester as agree time line.

สนับสนุนการบริหารงานของหัวหน้าทีม ปฏิบัติตามหรือเสนอแนะแผนการทำงานของทีมหล่อให้ดำเนินกระบวนการผลิตทุกขั้นตอนในส่วน Front End และส่งมอบผลงานต่อให้กับลูกค้าตามแผนงานที่ตกลงไว้

• Evaluate, support and analysis results and communicate to team if found any process risk  , defect and safety concerns.

ประเมิณ วิเคราะห์ข้อมูลผลการทำงานของทีม และสื่อสารให้ผู้บังคับบัญชาทราบทันทีเมื่อพบความผิดปกติ หรือความเสี่ยงด้านความปลอดภัยในการทำงานของทีมงาน

• Coordinate with related departments to improve casting and collecting data to summarize issues. To improve efficiency and in accordance with the plan, policy of the company

ประสานงานกับแผนกที่เกี่ยวข้องเพื่อพัฒนากระบวนการหล่อ และรวบรวมข้อมูลเพื่อสรุปประเด็นต่างๆ เพื่อปรับปรุงประสิทธิภาพและเป็นไปตามแผนนโยบายของบริษัท

• Supervise and recommend the way of working effectively to team member, according to be determined planning working

กำกับดูแลและแนะนำแนวทางปรับปรุงการทำงานของทีมให้มีประสิทธิภาพดีขึ้นอยู่เสมอ และเพื่อการทำงานให้เป็นไปตามแผนมากขึ้น

• Perform other tasks as assigned by supervisor to achieve the goal of 3D Printing department.
