Senior Officer, Tooling Improvement (BB)

• Design, develop, and improve tooling, fixtures, and mechanical solutions to support production and quality.

• Operate, program, and optimize CNC machining centers (Milling & Turning).

• Develop CNC programs using CAD/CAM software to improve quality, productivity, and cost efficiency.

• Troubleshoot machining issues and establish machining standards and best practices.

• Support automation and manufacturing transformation projects related to tooling and fixtures.

• Collaborate with Engineering, Production, and cross-functional teams to deliver innovative manufacturing solutions.

• Contribute to continuous improvement initiatives that enhance manufacturing performance and operational excellence.

We love that you are…

• Diploma or Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering, Manufacturing Technology, Tool & Die, CNC Machining, or a related field.

• Experienced in CNC Milling/Turning setup, programming, or machining processes. Fresh graduates with relevant hands-on experience are welcome.

• Able to read engineering drawings and use precision measuring tools such as Vernier Calipers and Micrometers.

• Familiar with AutoCAD, SolidWorks, or CAD/CAM software.

• Knowledgeable in machining processes, tooling, fixtures, and manufacturing improvement.

• Comfortable using Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint.

• Able to communicate in both Thai and basic English.

• Flexible to work shifts in the future if required.

หน้าที่รับผิดชอบ...

• ออกแบบ พัฒนา และปรับปรุง Tooling, Fixture และอุปกรณ์เชิงกล เพื่อสนับสนุนกระบวนการผลิตและยกระดับคุณภาพ

• ดูแลการใช้งาน ตั้งค่า เขียนโปรแกรม และเพิ่มประสิทธิภาพเครื่องจักร CNC Machining Center (Milling & Turning)

• พัฒนาและปรับปรุงโปรแกรม CNC ด้วยโปรแกรม CAD/CAM เพื่อเพิ่มคุณภาพการผลิต ผลิตภาพ และลดต้นทุน

• วิเคราะห์และแก้ไขปัญหางาน Machining พร้อมจัดทำมาตรฐานการทำงานและแนวปฏิบัติที่เป็นเลิศ (Best Practices)

• สนับสนุนโครงการด้านระบบอัตโนมัติ (Automation) และการพัฒนาศักยภาพการผลิตที่เกี่ยวข้องกับ Tooling และ Fixture

• ทำงานร่วมกับทีมวิศวกรรม ฝ่ายผลิต และหน่วยงานที่เกี่ยวข้อง เพื่อส่งมอบโซลูชันด้านการผลิตที่มีประสิทธิภาพและสร้างสรรค์

• มีส่วนร่วมในการพัฒนาและปรับปรุงกระบวนการอย่างต่อเนื่อง เพื่อยกระดับประสิทธิภาพการผลิตและความเป็นเลิศในการดำเนินงาน

คุณสมบัติ...

• สำเร็จการศึกษาระดับ ปวส. หรือปริญญาตรี สาขาวิศวกรรมเครื่องกล เทคโนโลยีการผลิต เครื่องมือกล CNC หรือสาขาอื่นที่เกี่ยวข้อง

• มีประสบการณ์ด้านการตั้งค่าเครื่อง (Setup) การเขียนโปรแกรม หรือกระบวนการผลิตด้วยเครื่อง CNC Milling หรือ CNC Turning ทั้งนี้ ยินดีต้อนรับนักศึกษาจบใหม่ที่มีประสบการณ์จากการฝึกงานหรือการปฏิบัติจริง

• สามารถอ่านแบบวิศวกรรม (Engineering Drawing) และใช้งานเครื่องมือวัดละเอียด เช่น เวอร์เนียร์คาลิปเปอร์ (Vernier Caliper) และไมโครมิเตอร์ (Micrometer) ได้

• สามารถใช้งานโปรแกรม AutoCAD, SolidWorks หรือ CAD/CAM ได้

• มีความรู้ด้านกระบวนการ Machining, Tooling, Fixture และการปรับปรุงกระบวนการผลิต

• สามารถใช้งาน Microsoft Excel และ PowerPoint ได้

• สามารถสื่อสารภาษาไทยและภาษาอังกฤษในระดับพื้นฐานได้

• สามารถปฏิบัติงานเป็นกะได้ในอนาคต หากลักษณะงานมีความจำเป็น
