• Monitor, analyze, and improve manufacturing processes to enhance quality, productivity, and efficiency.

• Analyze production data to identify trends, root causes, and improvement opportunities.

• Support process optimization projects using data-driven approaches and statistical analysis.

• Develop reports and dashboards using Excel, Power BI, or other analytical tools.

• Recommend new manufacturing methods, tools, and equipment to improve operational performance.

• Perform statistical process studies and support process capability improvement.

• Investigate process issues and implement corrective and preventive actions.

• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive continuous improvement initiatives.

• Support projects focused on Productivity, Lead Time, FROT, Quality, and Cost.

• Maintain reliable, safe, and sustainable manufacturing processes.

We love that you are…

• Bachelor's Degree in Industrial Engineering or a related Engineering field.

• Fresh graduates are welcome.

• Able to communicate effectively in both English and Thai.

• Strong analytical thinking and problem-solving skills.

• Proficient in Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint.

• Familiar with Minitab, Power BI, AI tools, or other data analysis software.

• Passionate about manufacturing, process improvement, and continuous learning.

• A collaborative team player with good communication skills.

• Self-motivated, detail-oriented, and eager to learn.
