Senior Officer, Production Engineer FE (2-Year Contract)

Main purpose of the role:

• Monitoring modifications, upgrades, and troubleshooting existing processes
• Investigate, justify and recommend new techniques, equipment/tool, manufacturing methods to meet competitive business needs
• As of current business process, analyse and improve process quality and efficiency
• Summarize data/information to be use to present and communicate with team
• ⁠Support strategic initiative projects.

Key accountabilities:

Process sustainability

• Performs technical support activities to maintain reliable and safe manufacturing systems
• Interface with other internal parties to ensure a coordinated design and complete engineering deliverables.
• Report and document any engineering related / process abnormalities.
• Analyse data to identify root causes of process problem and implement appropriate countermeasures.
• Advise on corrective and preventive actions.

Process sustainability

• Develop and implement process improvement to optimize tools and equipment capability as of current we have.
• Work with process and continuous improvement team to continuously to improve processes in regard to Productivity, Lead time, FROT, Quality and Cost.
• Perform statistical process studies.
