Strategic Planning & Execution

  • Manage and maintain initiative and project workplans, ensuring clear timelines, milestones, deliverables, and accountability across functions.
  • Support annual, quarterly, and monthly planning cycles by consolidating inputs and tracking progress against agreed priorities.
  • Monitor project execution, identify risks, dependencies, and potential delays, and proactively drive follow-up actions.
  • Maintain governance tools, project trackers, and action logs to ensure execution discipline and visibility across the organization.

Business Analysis & Performance Insights

  • Consolidate operational and performance data from multiple sources to provide accurate and timely insights for management decision-making.
  • Develop KPI reports, dashboards, and trend analyses to identify performance gaps and improvement opportunities.
  • Review project and operational performance against targets, milestones, and expected outcomes.

Cross-Functional Alignment & Governance

  • Facilitate alignment meetings, workshops, and governance reviews involving stakeholders across Product Development, Prototype & Samples, I&PD Excellence, manufacturing sites, and supporting functions.
  • Prepare meeting materials, discussion topics, decision logs, and action trackers to support effective execution.
  • Ensure stakeholders remain informed on priorities, project status, critical dependencies, and key decisions.
  • Drive accountability by following up on commitments and monitoring completion against agreed timelines.

Transformation & Change Management

  • Support the implementation of transformation initiatives, continuous improvement programs, and operational excellence projects.
  • Develop communication materials, implementation updates, training documentation, and change-management support activities.
  • Gather feedback from users and stakeholders, identify implementation challenges, and drive issue resolution through appropriate channels.
  • Maintain SOPs, process documentation, implementation records, and governance references to support sustainable change adoption.

Performance Management & Continuous Improvement

  • Monitor KPI performance, project risks, action plans, and issue resolution activities to ensure alignment with business objectives.
  • Maintain performance dashboards and reporting systems to ensure transparency, accuracy, and data integrity.
  • Track overdue actions and performance gaps while driving corrective actions and continuous improvement initiatives.
  • Support leadership teams with concise performance updates, key risk assessments, and decision-support information.

We love that you are…

  • Bachelor’s degree or higher in Engineering, Business Administration, Strategic Management, Supply Chain Management, Project Management, Data Analytics, or a related field.
  • Minimum 3-5 years of experience in Product Development Operations, PMO, Strategy Deployment, Project Coordination, Business Planning, Operational Excellence, or a related environment. 
  • Experience coordinating cross-functional projects and driving alignment among diverse stakeholders. 
  • Strong understanding of KPI deployment, performance management, governance processes, and business planning activities.
  • Experience in Manufacturing, Product Development, NPI, or Operations environments would be an advantage.
  • Strong analytical thinking with the ability to transform data into meaningful business insights and recommendations.
  • Excellent planning, organization, project coordination, and execution management skills. 
  • Strong stakeholder management, facilitation, communication, and presentation skills.
  • Proactive, detail-oriented, and highly organized with strong follow-through and accountability. 
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office applications; knowledge of Power BI and Minitab is highly desirable. 
  • Professional certifications in Project Management, Lean, Lean Six Sigma, Change Management, or Strategy Deployment would be an advantage.
  • Good communication skills in both English and Thai.
