The Officer, Event Management (Bangkok) is responsible for supporting the smooth execution of internal events and factory-related activities within Crafting & Supply. This includes coordinating logistics, managing suppliers, ensuring alignment with stakeholder expectations, and handling administrative documentation. The role contributes to building a strong internal culture through seamless event execution.

Support the planning and execution of events within Crafting & Supply.

Facilitate factory tours for internal and external guests.

Represent Pandora Crafting & Supply in international showcases across the clusters.

Collaborate with internal stakeholders to develop detailed event briefs.

Coordinate with vendors and suppliers to deliver events on time and within budget.

Handle procurement-related tasks including Terms of Reference (TOR), PR, and PO processes.
