- Lead or provide PMO support to selected cross-functional strategic projects requiring acceleration, stronger governance, or executive intervention.
- Deploy hands-on subject-matter expertise only by exception, while preserving accountability in the appropriate business function.

Digital, Communication & Team Leadership
- Sponsor the digitalisation roadmap for SC&S performance management and portfolio transparency, in collaboration with Digital & Technology.
- Lead and develop the Manager, SC&S Excellence, and oversee strategic communication, leadership updates, and townhalls across SC&S.

We love that you are…
- Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Supply Chain Management, Economics, Business Administration or a similar field.
- Minimum 8 years of experience in supply chain excellence, strategy deployment, transformation, consulting, or portfolio management.
- Proven experience leading cross-functional programs and translating strategy into executable roadmaps and measurable outcomes.
