Senior Manager, Pre-Production (BB)

Main Role and Responsibilities:

Lead the team responsible for industrializing new product collections for mass production. The role oversees process optimization, including fine-tuning production parameters and defining routing to achieve target quality, productivity, standard time, and product cost. Collaborate closely with the Product Development team from the product selection phase to ensure manufacturability and smooth transition into production.

Key accountabilities:

• Align Pre-Production strategy with business objectives to ensure efficient development, manufacturing readiness, and product quality.
• Lead organizational planning, workforce development, and succession planning to strengthen core operational capabilities.
• Drive continuous improvement of DV processes, Product Master, tooling, and routing to support scalable mass production.
• Lead data analysis and promote systematic thinking to ensure teams apply structured problem-solving principles in their daily work and tasks.
• Manage change initiatives and coach teams to adapt to evolving business needs while ensuring compliance and governance.
• Foster strong cross-functional collaboration and data-driven decision making to improve productivity and achieve plant KPIs.
• Ensure the team applies data analysis and structured problem-solving principles in both daily operations and project-based activities.
• Collaborate with Process Engineering and Continuous Improvement teams to develop and implement new technologies and innovations that enhance manufacturing processes.
• Review and validate product standard costs in collaboration with central departments to ensure alignment on costing methodology and achievement of both production and financial KPIs.
