Project Management
- Lead the deployment of project management best practices, drive project cadence, and oversee the project review forum to track strategic outcomes, risks, and quality gates.
- Manage communications, stakeholders, and change management, working side-by-side with the Change Management team and HR functional leaders on Thailand/Vietnam Kingfisher projects.
- Facilitate collaboration to improve synchronization and interaction between key stakeholders.
- Support the codification and implementation of project management best practices for the HR Kingfisher program, building internal subject-matter expertise.
- Ensure clarity and coordination in resource allocation, accountability, and project timelines to deliver projects on time and on budget.
- Analyse project data and prepare reports and metrics required for project tracking.
- Contribute to continuous improvement of tools, processes, and procedures within the project scope.
- Track project accounting closely, developing, updating, and monitoring business cases and costs for Thailand/Vietnam Kingfisher projects.
- Monitor adoption of project outcomes after handover to the Vietnam expansion program at every milestone.

People Strategy
- Lead HR&C people strategy development, including Vietnam expansion people strategy.
- Support oversight of the Vietnam expansion counsel forum, reviewing progress and outcomes of existing HR&C Vietnam expansion initiatives and informing decisions on continuation, scoping, and timeline.
- Lead internal HR&C engagement initiatives, including HR&C townhalls, to ensure people strategy is well cascaded across the wider HR&C organization.

We love that you are…
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business, or a related field.
- 7–10 years of working experience in an HR position, with experience in project management and a solid understanding of overall HR operational processes.
- Certified project management is preferred but not mandatory.
- Self-motivated and hungry to work hard; willing to change.
- Able to drive solutions to the most complex business problems.
- Possess strategic perspective and a track record of creating sustained results for Pandora (financial and non-financial).
- Demonstrated ability to make hard decisions and the right trade-offs.
- Able to effectively plan and efficiently deliver exceptional work while handling both volume and complexity.
- An inspirational leader who practices genuine humility and places the team above their own interests.
- Smart about people; able to lead, manage, motivate, and develop a team of future leaders.
- Strong stakeholder management and communication skills, able to interact effectively across the organization.
- Proficient in MS Word, Excel, and PowerPoint, with the ability to create visually and verbally engaging materials, reports, presentations, and proposals.
- Good English communication and self-confidence.
- Willingness to travel as required.
