- Establish effective communication channels to manage stakeholder expectations and ensure alignment on material ordering and inventory strategy.
- Provide recommendations and support key decisions in mid to long term on both material strategy and material availability to local and global stakeholders.
- Establish procedures for inventory control, monitor inventory levels, and implement computerized systems to optimize the inventory process.
- Assure a supply of materials with optimized inventory levels and minimum deviation between planned and actual results, aligning with Finance and Global Supply Chain.
- Closely manage dependencies and create transparency on strategic priorities that impact material scope and initiatives in other functions, locally and globally.
- Develop an in-depth understanding of processes, policies, and constraints across Supply Chain & Sustainability and the Value Chain to facilitate effective operational decisions and trade-offs.
- Collaborate with project teams to develop comprehensive project plans, including scope, schedule, budget, and resource requirements related to material objectives.
- Lead and motivate project teams, providing guidance, direction, and support to ensure successful project execution.
- Monitor own performance and address gaps/improvement opportunities; prepare monthly/quarterly performance reports.

- Bachelor's degree required; Master's degree preferred, in Business Administration, Engineering, Supply Chain, Finance, or a related field.
- At least 5 years of experience at management level in the supply chain field, in any industry but preferably related to manufacturing.
- Minimum 3 years of experience working in a consulting firm is a must.
- Passionate about business process improvements, with strong business process management skills as part of a cross-functional team.
- Able to align people, business processes, and systems with business strategy.
- Data-driven and strong analytical skills, able to drive solutions to the most complex business problems.
- Possess strategic perspective and create sustained results for Pandora (financial and non-financial).
- Demonstrated ability to make hard decisions and the right trade-offs.
- Able to effectively plan and efficiently deliver exceptional work while handling both volume and complexity.
- An inspirational leader who practices genuine humility and places the team above their own interests.
- Self-motivated and hungry to work hard; willing to change.
- Able to lead, manage, motivate, and run a team of talented individuals.
- Strong stakeholder management and communication skills, able to interact effectively within the organization.
- Good computer skills in Microsoft Office and ERP systems (SAP preferred).
