Tooling, Mold & Die Coordination
  • Support end-to-end activities related to tooling, jigs, fixtures, plastic injection molds, and metal stamping dies, including new development, modification, qualification, maintenance, and continuous improvement projects
  • Coordinate mold, die, tooling, and machine modification projects to ensure alignment with engineering requirements, production schedules, quality standards, and project timelines.
  • Support product drawings, tooling drawings, mold and die documentation using engineering software such as AutoCAD, ZW3D, and other assigned applications.
  • Collaborate with requesters, engineering teams, production, quality, and suppliers to ensure timely delivery and readiness of tooling, molds, dies, jigs, fixtures, and related materials.
  • Monitor and control tooling, mold, and die documentation, engineering drawings, revision records, and registration processes to ensure compliance with company standards and traceability requirements.
  • Support mold and die qualification, machine buy-off, trial runs, validation activities, and engineering change implementation to achieve required performance, quality, and production capability.
  • Review and maintain manufacturing standards, work instructions, preventive maintenance records, and technical documentation related to tooling and tool shop operations.
  • Monitor tooling materials, spare parts, consumables, and inventory levels, and coordinate PR/PO processes to ensure resource availability for production and engineering activities.
  • Evaluate tooling and engineering data collection systems, prepare progress reports, analyze operational data, and recommend improvement opportunities to enhance productivity, quality, reliability, and cost efficiency.Support Tooling Library, tooling asset management, mold and die history records, and digital tooling management initiatives to improve visibility, utilization, and governance of tooling assets.
