End-to-End Recruitment (Corporate Functions)

Manage end-to-end recruitment for corporate functions including HR, Finance, Supply Chain, and other support roles

Execute sourcing strategies across multiple channels to build a strong and high-quality candidate pipeline
Recruitment Operations & Coordination

Support key recruitment activities including job posting on social media, company website, and job boards

Coordinate interview schedules, online assessments, and candidate communications

Screen candidate profiles and identify suitable shortlisted candidates for hiring managers

Support interview processes and ensure a smooth candidate experience
Process Compliance & Governance

Ensure all talent acquisition activities are aligned with company policies and standard procedures

Maintain accurate and up-to-date recruitment data and documentation
Offer Management

Prepare employment offer recommendations and coordinate approval with authorized stakeholders

Support offer communication and onboarding coordination
Employer Branding & Early Talent

Participate in university career fairs and recruitment events

Support internship programs and early talent initiatives
We love that you are…

A Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field
-
6 months to 1 year of experience in corporate recruiting or talent acquisition
-
Basic understanding of end-to-end recruitment processes, including sourcing, screening, and coordination
-
Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to engage candidates and stakeholders effectively

Good organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritize workload
-
A proactive mindset with strong attention to detail and a sense of ownership

Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing hiring needs
-
Familiarity with recruitment tools, job boards, or ATS systems is a plus
-
Good command of English (written and spoken)
