Hanging rack and related equipment

  • Support end-to-end process for new product testing and mass production phase for an improvement project.
  • Design the hanging rack with first testing offline to ensure result before launch to mass production.
  • Collaborate with product engineer for designing the hanging rack per the requirement to product.
  • Support process engineer for both problem solving and improvement, on plating result relate to hanging methods.
  • Ensure that hanging rack are prototyped and produced by suitable equipment and tools, collaborating with tooling team.
  • Ensure materials that used for hanging rack is suitable to the purpose and chemical in plating line or related process.

Collaboration

  • Cooperate with requester for ensure delivery plan is match and suitable for production plan.
  • Collaborate with engineer and supplier when roll out phase for designed hanging rack, to ensure quality and design.

 

We love that you are… 

 

  • High Vocational Certificate (or higher) in Mechanical, Industrial Technology, or related field
  • Minimum 1 year experience in a manufacturing environment (jewellery industry preferred)
  • Experience in jig/fixture and tooling design, development, or fabrication
  • Basic knowledge in mechanical and industrial engineering
  • Creative and analytical mindset with strong attention to detail
  • Hands-on, proactive, and results-driven
  • Good teamwork and communication skills
  • Committed to continuous improvement and learning
  • Fair English communication and writing skills
