The Innovation Quality Officer plays a key role in supporting the execution and governance of quality activities within innovation projects and special initiatives.

This position is technical, ensuring quality oversight, risk assessment, compliance, data integrity, and structured documentation. It also requires strong communication skills to align cross-functional teams and translate technical insights into clear, actionable messages.

KEY ACCOUNTABILITIES

  • Ensure robust quality oversight, risk assessment, and compliance in innovation activities.

  • Maintain compliance with internal and global regulatory requirements.

  • Plan, execute, and follow up quality activities in innovation projects.

  • Translate technical insights into clear communication for cross-functional team.

  • Support testing, data analysis, and continuous improvement initiatives.

  • Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Science, or Related field preferred

  • Strong technical knowledge (engineering, science, or related field preferred)

  • Excellent English communication skills, both written and verbal

  • Confidence, creativity, and strong interpersonal abilities

  • International experience is an advantage (study abroad or work)

  • Proven experience in quality, engineering, or related disciplines

  • Proficient in MS Office; IT or computer background is a plus

  • Skills in AI, BI, and data analytics are considered an advantage

  • Creative and logical problem-solver with critical thinking, agility, and adaptability

  • Positive attitude, open to growth and change

  • Extroverted, resilient, and a collaborative team player

  • Ambitious, eager to learn, and proactive in seeking knowledge
