Strategic initiatives and projects
- Assist in supporting and managing strategic projects to drive business growth and operational efficiency.
- Help manage projects and initiatives related to consumer quality.
- Ensure timely and successful execution of projects.
Product Enhancement (RMA & RCI)
- Monitoring RMA performance and make proposal of products for RCI.
- Facilitate and coordinate with DCs for RMA parts and conduct failure analysis.
- Supporting to consolidate and analyse RMA data, feedback, and failure analysis to generate reports.
- Leading the development RCI solutions with local and global stakeholders.
- Ensure timely execution of RCI actions.
- Regularly update RCI activity status and plans.
Product Quality Communication
- Facilitate communication across cross functional stakeholders.
- Prepare and deliver presentations to senior management and stakeholders.
- Address product quality inquiries from commercial teams and provide product quality knowledge and training.
Benchmark activity
- Assist in developing a benchmark proposal, including budgets, sample types and quantities, testing plan, and timeline.
- Manage and procure benchmark samples for the study.
- Work closely with cross-functional teams to prepare a comprehensive benchmark report that includes learnings and findings.
We love that you are…
- Bachelor's degree or higher in Engineering, Science, or a related field.
- 1–2 years of experience in Customer Quality, Quality Assurance, or Quality Engineering.
- Experience working in a manufacturing environment; experience in the jewellery industry is an advantage.
- Proven ability to lead projects or improvement activities with cross-functional teams.
- Knowledge or experience in web design and AI applications is a plus.
- Strong organizational and prioritization skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Proficient in data analysis and reporting, with the ability to interpret data and present insights effectively.
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy in documentation and information management.
- Basic knowledge of statistics, quality tools, data analysis, and problem-solving methodologies.
- Able to work effectively under pressure and within tight timelines.
- Self-motivated, adaptable, and eager to learn and drive continuous improvement.
