Security Systems Leadership

Lead and manage all physical security systems across Pandora manufacturing sites in Bangkok and Lamphun, with potential support to emerging operations in Vietnam.

Ensure all security systems—CCTV, access control, intrusion alarms, and panic/duress systems—are properly designed, integrated, deployed, and maintained to meet Pandora’s Global Security Minimum Requirements (SMRs).

Identify system gaps, propose continuous improvements, and ensure compliance with relevant standards and Thai regulatory requirements.

Technical Excellence & Data‑Driven Insights

Serve as the technical subject-matter expert for all security platforms and infrastructure.

Oversee system design, integrations, performance validation, and architecture documentation.

Build analytics dashboards and reporting mechanisms to strengthen operations, compliance, and performance transparency.

Leverage technology and automation to streamline processes, reduce manual tasks, and enhance overall system efficiency.
Security Operations & Compliance

Partner with local security teams to ensure smooth operations, incident readiness, and strong alignment with SOPs and governance requirements.

Conduct audits, maintain access logs and documentation, and enforce Pandora’s SMRs across all sites.

Support cross-functional alignment with HR, IT, Facilities, Global Security, and project teams.
Project Management

Lead new system installations, refurbishments, upgrades, and expansion projects from concept to deployment.

Review technical drawings, specifications, and vendor proposals to ensure high-quality delivery and compliance with global standards.

Ensure new-build and refurbishment projects meet security design requirements and go-live readiness.
Vendor and Contractor Management

Manage third-party system integrators, service providers, and contractors.

Review and approve technical designs, BOMs, and quotes.

Monitor SLA compliance, conduct quality audits, and drive continuous improvement in vendor performance.
Capability Building

Provide training and knowledge transfer to security, facilities, and operations teams.

Ensure teams understand system use, incident escalation processes, and emergency protocols.

Act as a regional expert for Thailand and potential upcoming facilities in Vietnam.

Equipped with a bachelor’s degree in Electronics Engineering, Security Technology, IT Networks, or a related field, with 5–8 years of hands‑on experience in enterprise security systems such as CCTV, access control, and alarm platforms—preferably within manufacturing, distribution, or high‑value goods environments.

Technically strong, with practical knowledge of IP networking, system administration, solution integration, reading schematics, and evaluating system designs, including experience in troubleshooting and managing vendors and projects.

Professionally credentialed or working toward certifications such as PSP, CPP, or OEM system certifications (Genetec, Lenel, Axis, Milestone).

Skilled in analysing incidents, identifying risks, and transforming operational data into clear, actionable insights to support leadership decision‑making.

A confident communicator, fluent in Thai and proficient in English, capable of influencing senior stakeholders and collaborating effectively across multiple functions and regions.

A forward‑thinking, self‑motivated team player who is organized, detail‑oriented, and able to balance multiple priorities while maintaining high standards of quality, accuracy, and operational continuity.
