Project & Implementation Leadership
- Drive best practices for system implementation projects, business changes, and continuous improvement related to Production Scheduling.
- Manage project timeline, cost, and resources to ensure delivery within scope and budget.
- Gather requirements, conduct business analysis, identify issues, and propose business requirements for APS (Advanced Production Scheduling) implementation.
- Facilitate and support workshops, testing, and documentation throughout the project lifecycle.
Stakeholder Coordination & Communication
- Coordinate with external and internal stakeholders to deliver the best APS solution for Pandora.
- Communicate with project stakeholders about implementation plans and project status.
- Collaborate and align with Supply Chain, Shop Floor Control, and IT processes that affect APS.
Strategic Execution & Continuous Improvement
- Support translation of Supply Chain's strategic direction and each sub-function's priorities into execution.
- Ensure implementation and embedment of selected best practices across relevant teams.
- Follow up on action plans and ensure deadlines are met.
We love that you are…
- Bachelor's degree or higher in Supply Chain Management, Industrial Engineering, Information Systems, Business Administration or a related field.
- 5 years or more of experience in project management, business analysis, or system implementation, preferably involving Production Scheduling, APS or ERP systems.
- Proven experience managing projects end-to-end, including timeline, cost, resource planning, and delivery within scope.
- Strong business analysis skills, with the ability to gather requirements, identify gaps, and translate them into actionable system/business requirements.
- Experience facilitating workshops, coordinating testing, and producing clear project documentation.
- Good understanding of Supply Chain, Shop Floor Control, and IT processes, with the ability to align cross-functional priorities.
- Strong stakeholder management and communication skills, able to engage effectively with both internal and external parties.
- Change management mindset, with the ability to drive adoption of best practices and continuous improvement initiatives.
- Strong follow-through and accountability, ensuring action plans and deadlines are consistently met.
- Good command of English communication, both written and verbal.
