Manager, Process Engineer (BB)
About the Role
we are lloking for a capable process engineering manager to lead team of engineers in driving manufacturing excellent through scientific problem solving, process optimization, and continuous improvement. This role is responsible for developing engineering capability, implementing data-driven improvement initiatives, and partnering with cross-functional teams to enhance quality, productivity, cost, and operational performance.
The successful candidate will play a key role in building a strong engineering culture by coaching teams to think systematically, applying engineering principles, and levergaing digital technologies to support manufacturing transformation.

Key Responsibility
- Lead and develop the Process Engineering team to driver sustainable improvements in manufacturing performance, qualitym productivity, and cost.
- Drive systematic root cause analysis annd process optimization using structured engineering and sciencific methodologies.
- Champoin Lean Manufacturing and Six Sigma principle to eliminarte waste, reduce varation, and improve process capability.
- Coach and mentor engineers to build strong analytical thinking, problem-solving skills, and a continuous improvement mindset.
- Foster a culture of data-driven decision making and evidence-based engineering across all engineering activities.
- Collaborate closely with Product Development, Pre-Production, Quality, Production, and other cross-functional teams to ensure successful product industrialization and process implementation.
- Promote the use of engineering simulation, digital tools, and analytical methods to reduce reliance on trial-and-error approaches, improve development efficiency, and accelerate decision making.
- Identify and implement new technologies, methodologies, and best practices that enhance manufacturing capability and operational excellence.
- Support strategic manufacturing initiatives and contribute to the long-term technical capability development of the organization.

What We're Looking For
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Engineering or a related technical field.
- Strong experience in manufacturing process engineering, industrial engineering, or continuous improvement leadership.
- Proven expertise in systematic problem solving and process optimization.
- Solid knowledge of Lean Manufacturing, Six Sigma, and continuous improvement methodologies.
- Experience leading and developing engineering teams, with a passion for coaching and capability building.
- Strong collaboration and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to work effectively across multiple functions.
- Familiarity with engineering simulation, process simulation, digital manufacturing, or modeling tools is highly desirable.
- Strong analytical mindset with the ability to make decisions based on scientific methods, data, and statistical analysis.
- Excellent communication, leadership, and change management skills.
