Mobility Strategy & Governance

• Lead and develop the Mobility team to deliver exceptional services and employee experiences.
• Partner with the Global Mobility team to ensure local practices are aligned with Pandora’s Global Mobility Framework.
• Establish and implement local mobility policies to support business expansion initiatives, including the Kingfisher Project.
• Oversee expatriate policies and procedures to ensure compliance with global practices and local regulations.

Expatriate Services & Employee Experience

• Provide comprehensive mobility support covering transportation, relocation, insurance, health and medical services, accommodation, and child education assistance.
• Partner with Talent Acquisition, HR Services, and Performance & Reward teams to deliver smooth onboarding and support for foreign hires.
• Collaborate with HR Development to facilitate training and development programs for international employees.

Supplier & Vendor Management

• Evaluate existing supplier management programs and identify opportunities for continuous improvement.
• Manage strategic mobility vendors and monitor service quality, business requirements, and overall performance.
• Drive cost optimization and service excellence across mobility-related programs.

Compliance & Stakeholder Management

• Partner with BOI and Legal teams to ensure compliance with immigration laws, regulations, and corporate requirements.
• Build strong relationships with internal and external stakeholders to ensure effective and efficient mobility operations.

Changing the Business

• Drive continuous improvement initiatives to enhance mobility processes, employee experience, and operational efficiency.
• Provide strategic solutions to complex business challenges and support sustainable business growth.
• Balance service quality, cost effectiveness, and compliance while delivering long-term value to the organization.

Leadership

• Lead, coach, and inspire a high-performing team with a culture of collaboration, accountability, and continuous improvement.
• Foster strong cross-functional partnerships in a matrix and globally connected environment.

 

We love that you are…

• Bachelor’s degree or above in Human Resource Development, Political Science, Business Administration, or related fields.
• Minimum 3 years of experience in expatriate management and at least 2 years of people management experience.
• Strong experience in global mobility, vendor management, work permits, and visa processes.
• Able to drive solutions to complex business challenges and create sustainable business results.
• Demonstrate strong strategic thinking and sound decision-making capabilities.
• Effectively plan and deliver exceptional work while managing both volume and complexity.
• Excellent communication, interpersonal, and stakeholder management skills.
• Possess strong problem-solving abilities and thrive in a matrixed and globally dispersed environment.
• Self-motivated, customer-focused, and able to build strong relationships across all levels of the organization.
• Good command of English communication.
