Carbon Responsibility
- Collaborate effectively and maintain relationships with suppliers to mature and support their carbon reduction ambitions, in line with Pandora's Climate Supplier Engagement Program.
- Ensure Pandora achieves its carbon reduction target and accuracy ambitions by developing the right tools and guidance to support the C&S organization.
- Deliver accurate data and reporting on time to local and global teams.
- Develop and implement the Climate Supplier Engagement Program (SEP), including science-based climate change goals for the supply chain.
- Manage data collection from suppliers and approval with SDAC/GS.
- Develop tools and guidance to develop suppliers toward Pandora's climate standards.
- Engage suppliers in carbon reduction programmes and targets.
- Identify and implement solutions to accelerate carbon reduction and improve data accuracy.
- Provide training and share good practices with suppliers.
Supply Chain Risk Assessment
- Assess suppliers, ensure compliance, and drive improvement plans (Supplier Assessment & Improvement).
- Identify and mitigate supply chain risks across Tier 1 and upstream suppliers (Supply Chain Risk Management).
- Implement corrective actions and supplier development programs to improve performance and resilience (Continuous Improvement).
Strategic Initiative Program
- Initiate and manage projects as agreed, applying strategic perspective to improve ways of working and create sustained results for Pandora.
We love that you are…
- Bachelor's degree or above in Business, Finance, Science, Engineering or a related field.
- 5+ years of relevant experience in supplier management or purchasing management.
- Good overall understanding of a wide range of procurement activities, end to end.
- Effective at managing performance improvements across multiple suppliers.
- Basic knowledge of carbon emissions would be a plus.
- Knowledge of material risk assessment and traceability would be a plus.
- Strong ability to lead, motivate and facilitate groups.
- Open-minded, with the ability to pivot and flex as needed.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Genuine interest in sustainability, especially climate-related topics.
- Experience working directly with suppliers.
- Strong stakeholder management skills.
- Proficient in MS Office, Business Intelligence (BI) tools, and Data Analytics tools.
- Professional proficiency in English and Thai.
- Strong management and negotiation skills.
