Manager, Logistic Program Management
Key Responsibilities
1. Supplier Scheduling & Coordination

Execute delivery plan of semi-finished products (Level 1) to 2 assigned suppliers based on scheduling team instructions

Coordinate daily with Scheduling, Warehouse, and Suppliers to ensure on-time delivery
-
Monitor adherence to production and delivery timelines
2. Milk Run Management
-
Manage and optimize supplier milk run operations between company and 2 suppliers
-
Ensure truck routing, loading, and turnaround efficiency
-
Track milk run performance (lead time, utilization, frequency)
-
Collaborate with transport providers to resolve routing or delay issues
-
Collect and approve the milk run operation cost , analysis and give recommendation for most effective truck scheduling.
3. Inventory Control & Accuracy
-
Ensure stock accuracy at all locations (plant, in-transit, and supplier sites)
-
Perform reconciliation between system stock vs. physical stock
-
Identify discrepancies and lead root cause investigation
-
Drive continuous improvement to reduce stock variance
4. Inventory Visibility & Reporting
-
Develop and maintain visual dashboards for inventory status across locations
-
Highlight risks such as overstock, shortage, and slow-moving items
-
Provide real-time visibility to stakeholders (Supply Chain, Production, Management)
5. Supplier Performance Monitoring

Track supplier performance metrics (delivery adherence, stock accuracy, responsiveness)
-
Prepare and present weekly performance reports to management
-
Identify gaps and recommend corrective actions
6. Issue Resolution & Stakeholder Management

Act as focal point to resolve operational conflicts between:

Internal teams (Scheduling, Store, MQ, IQC)

External suppliers
-
Escalate critical issues and drive timely resolution
-
Facilitate alignment across all parties to ensure smooth operations

Qualifications
-
Bachelor’s Degree in Logistics, Supply Chain, Industrial Engineering, or related field
-
3–7 years experience in logistics, transportation management and supplier coordination
-
Experience with milk run / inbound-outbound logistics is a must
-
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
-
Proficient in Excel / Power BI (dashboard & reporting)
-
Experience with AX and SAP-DMC is preferred
-
Good communication both English and Thai and stakeholder management skills
