- Act as a practical, commercially minded legal business partner to Pandora’s Crafting & Supply operations in Thailand and our retail business across Asia, including owned and operated markets such as Singapore and Japan, as well as distributor markets inAsia.
- Provide clear and pragmatic legal advice across a broad range of matters, including commercial contracts, corporate governance, employment, intellectual property, retail operations, marketing regulations, and compliance.
- Co-lead strategic and day-to-day business projects by providing pragmatic legal solutions, identifying legal risks, and offering practical mitigations helping stakeholders move forward with confidence.
- Review, draft, and negotiate a wide range of agreements, including supply, procurement, service, lease, and other retail-related agreements, while balancing Pandora’s interests with strong business partnerships.
- Support our growing retail footprint in Asia by advising on store leases, mall and landlord requirements, consumer-facing activities, promotion and marketing regulations, and employment-related matters in collaboration with local teams and external counsel.
- Work with cross-functional teams across countries and functions, connecting the right stakeholders and helping deliver practical outcomes that protect Pandora’s interests.
- Collaborate with the Global Compliance team and local stakeholders on regulatory compliance matters, policy implementation, training, and communications that help strengthen Pandora’s culture of compliance and integrity.
- Manage external counsel efficiently across different jurisdictions, ensuring legal advice is practical, timely, cost-effective, and aligned with Pandora’s objectives.
- Ensure sound corporate governance practices by supporting company secretary matters, preparing minutes, managing corporate documents, and helping ensure compliance with relevant legal requirements.

- Hold a bachelor’s degree in law.
- Are a licensed attorney. A mix of law firm and in-house experience is an advantage.
- Have at least 5-6 years of post-qualification experience on Manager level, with strong and proven ability to lead complex matters. A strong background in corporate law, commercial law, and labour law is required.
- Experience in manufacturing, retail, leasing, intellectual property, marketing regulations, dispute management and compliance matters is an advantage but not a requirement.
- Thrive in a fast-paced environment and demonstrate the ability to adapt to changing priorities.
- Demonstrate the ability to work efficiently and independently, meet demanding deadlines, and manage multi-faceted projects.
- Be result-oriented and able to drive solutions to complex legal-business problems.
- Be actively curious, eager to understand how the business works, and willing to go beyond legal questions to learn, ask, and engage with stakeholders as a true legal business partner.
- Have strong business acumen, possess a commercial mindset, and be able to apply the law in a practical manner.
