Drive Internal Audit & Risk Assessment
- Lead and execute a risk-based internal audit plan across manufacturing sites, overseas stores, and distributors
- Conduct operational, compliance, and financial audits aligned with global Internal Audit standards
- Identify control gaps, process inefficiencies, and recommend practical improvements that add business value
- Deliver clear, actionable audit reports including root causes and recommendations
- Follow up on remediation actions to ensure timely closure of audit findings
- Act as a trusted advisor to management on internal controls and risk mitigation
Lead Audit Projects & Governance
- Oversee multiple audit engagements from planning through reporting, ensuring quality and efficiency
- Promote a strong governance and compliance culture across all business units
- Ensure alignment with global policies and local regulatory requirements
Manage Forensic Audit & Investigations
- Lead or support investigations related to fraud, misconduct, or policy violations
- Conduct root cause analysis and recommend preventive control enhancements
- Collaborate with HR, Legal, Compliance, and external advisors on sensitive cases
Act as a Business Partner
- Work closely with cross-functional stakeholders to strengthen control environments
- Provide advisory support on risk, compliance, and internal control topics
- Contribute to global Internal Audit initiatives and special projects
We love that you are…
- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, Business Administration, or related field (Master’s degree is a plus)
- 5+ years of experience in Internal Audit, Accounting, or Compliance within a multinational environment
- At least 2 years of leadership or team management experience
- Strong knowledge of internal controls, risk management, and audit methodologies
- Experience in manufacturing environment is an advantage
- Strong analytical thinking and problem-solving skills with the ability to manage complexity
- Effective communicator with strong stakeholder management and business partnering capabilities
- High integrity, independence, and confidentiality mindset
- Fluent in English and Thai

To date, there are two crafting facilities in Thailand, Bangkok, and Lamphun, and we employ more than 13,000 skilled craftspeople.
