Imagine being the person who owns and governs assigned end-to-end manufacturing processes across the global manufacturing network. Define and continuously improve the process vision, architecture, standards, controls, performance measures, and roadmap to enable consistent, efficient, scalable, and compliant ways of working.

Act as the business process representative, partnering closely with plant operations and Digital & Technology to ensure business process requirements drive effective solution design, while technical teams retain ownership of technology architecture, platforms, delivery, and lifecycle management.

PROCESS OWNERSHIP & GOVERNANCE

Own and govern the assigned end-to-end manufacturing process and global process architecture.
Define global standards, controls, roles, decision rights, and governance.
Manage local deviations, risks, exceptions, and process changes to ensure consistent adoption across sites.

PROCESS STANDARDIZATION & OPTIMIZATION

Assess current-state processes and define target-state processes aligned with business strategy and operational needs.
Lead cross-site standardization, simplification, waste reduction, automation, and continuous improvement.
Maintain and prioritize the global process roadmap based on business value, risk, scalability, and impact.
Monitor implementation and embed lessons learned into global standards.

DIGITALIZATION & SOLUTION PARTNERSHIP

Translate process designs into clear business, data, system, and control requirements.
Partner with Digital & Technology teams to ensure solutions enable the approved global process.
Challenge unnecessary customization and promote standardization and scalable solutions.
Lead business-process validation, UAT, and deployment readiness.

IMPLEMENTATION & ADOPTION

Define business scenarios, acceptance criteria, and UAT requirements.
Assess readiness and provide recommendations for go, conditional go, hold, or no-go decisions.
Coordinate SOPs, training, communications, controls, and role readiness for deployment.
Support global rollout, stabilization, adoption, and continuous improvement.

PROCESS PERFORMANCE & CAPABILITY

Define and monitor process KPIs, controls, targets, compliance, and value realization.
Lead a global process community to share best practices and strengthen process capability.
Report process performance, risks, dependencies, and roadmap progress to governance forums.

LEADERSHIP & STAKEHOLDER MANAGEMENT

Lead and develop process experts and coordinate cross-site subject-matter experts.
Influence stakeholders across functions and sites without direct authority.
Balance global standardization with legitimate local, regulatory, and operational requirements.
Promote accountability, collaboration, and continuous improvement across the global manufacturing network.

We love that you are…

Bachelor's degree or higher in Engineering, Operations Management, Supply Chain, Business, Sciences, Information Systems, or a related field.
8+ years of experience in manufacturing, operations, process excellence, business transformation, or digital implementation.
Demonstrated ownership or leadership of end-to-end processes across functions or sites.
Proven experience in process design, standardization, governance, implementation, and continuous improvement.
Experience partnering with technology teams on Manufacturing Execution, ERP, planning, quality, maintenance, or warehouse solutions is preferred.
Experience leading teams, workstreams, or process communities in a matrix organization.
Microsoft 365; process mapping and collaboration tools; working knowledge of ERP, MES, business intelligence, workflow, and project-management tools
Strong written and spoken English; Thai or other site languages are an advantage.
Lean or Six Sigma certification, business process management certification, or change-management certification is preferred.
