Ensure accurate and consistent use of manufacturing processes, parameters, and procedures

Lead strategic initiatives that align with Pandora’s long-term vision and operational goals

Collaborate with cross-functional teams (Quality, Facility, PEx, and Pre-production) to resolve technical issues and deliver superior products

Coach and develop a strong internal leadership pipeline, with a focus on building local talent and high team engagement

Be a visible leader on the shop floor—understand the challenges, make fast decisions, and build trust through communication and presence

Bachelor’s degree or above in Engineering or Science

Strong leadership with proven ability to manage shop-floor operations

Experience in managing people, resources, and projects in a complex, high-volume production environment

You will be warmly greeted by over 13,000 craftspeople who are excellent at crafting and supplying the world’s largest jewelry brand with our craftsmanship. You will be part of the Production Team and report to the Director, FE Production BB who also oversees the production of front-end process.
